    I have friends who bounced back post-baby, but they were all mega-fit before getting pregnant. It seems a lot of women think they can be lazy before they get pregnant, eat poorly “for two” during pregnancy and wonder why they’re not looking like Posh Spice 2 weeks after giving birth because some stupid trash mag tells them they should be!

      You’re right. I know this very well myself because I was eating for two when I was pregnant and I only started seriously exercising 4 years after giving birth… It can be done, but needs a lot of motivation, dedication and consistency.
