Best Festive Dresses from Boohoo

Let’s stay in that festive fashion mood for a while. Since this is the time for Christmas parties, lunches, fun and joy and perhaps a little more glam for those very special night-outs, for us women this time of the year brings a perfect excuse to dress up like a star!

So taking advantage of that season and also having indubitable pleasure in looking for dresses (my sweet addiction) I have prepared a little showcase of my choices for you. The three ultimate festive choices in fashion: black, red and… a little bit of sparkle.

And so it happens that Boohoo – one of my favourite websites for fashion shopping – has a 50% OFF EVERYTHING offer right now! What a perfect timing.

Classy Little Black Dress

Every woman should have a little black dress in her wardrobe. It is an everlasting classic outfit which will beautifully highlight your sillhouette and make you look fabulous and special. Regardless of your hair colour, your skin or your body shape, LBD is the ultimate go-for-it kind of dress and it will never ever go out of fashion. Just add one more colour choosing accessories and you’re all set. Classy and fabulous.

I own THIS ONE. It has a lovely open back and I absolutely love it! Whenever I go out wearing it, I always get a lot of compliments. I actually have two of them, in two different sizes! In case I loose or gain some weight (does anyone else do it or is it only me… ? ).

When in doubt, wear red

I used to think that red doesn’t suit me and I also found it too flamboyant for my liking. I only started wearing red when I was well over 30 and I find this colour the most feminine and powerful of all. It will definitely bring that inner vamp you’re hiding out,Β highlighting your self-confidence, power and sex appeal. Red, in all different shades, is definitely the colour of this winter season and we women can rock it like real stars!

Don’t be afraid to sparkle

Are you ready to make a statement at your holiday party this season? Put on a little sparkle and you’re going to get that red carpet glamour look straight away! This season is full of dresses adorned with dazzling sequins in all different colours, and with my weakness for all that glitter, my senses get shamelessly indulged when I walk around clothes shops recently. This is your time to shine babe (and to make a few heads turn too) so go for it!

I’m not usually a sparkly kind of person, but for the holidays i love a little bling. It’s the one time of year I bring out the sparkly shirts, tops, shoes ams dresses.

These styles are very beautiful and for the younger generation, which I am not of anymore. Wear these dresses they are beautiful looking.

Thank you. Yes, I guess most of them would be for a younger generation, but actually being so close to 40, I don’t consider myself a young generation, and I’d wear them all myself. I guess I like breaking stereotypes πŸ˜‰ After all the most important thing is to feel good in your outfit. All the best xxx
