Yellow and green colours are going to be very trendy this coming season and I can’t think of better colours for warm and refreshing spring. While mustard yellow has been most often associated with fall, I’m sure it’s going to brighten up our spring or summer look just as well as classic yellow does.

The dress I’m presenting today has been given to me as a gift from my friend quite some time ago and it’s going to be one of my styling choices for this season. I think you know why 😉 Just look at that olive/mustard colour. Isn’t it just perfect? I also love the simplicity of the dress and its classy look.
Colour that stands out
As it was bought in one of Polish boutiques I can’t really find the exact same model available online. However I have a few other choices in similar shades, for both: either classy or casual summery look:

It’s all in the details!
My favourite thing about the dress is that lovely detail which goes along the zipper at the back (the zipper goes all the way down, so you can open the dress like a book btw – love it!). It has a gorgeous panther-like pattern. It’s brownish colours match the colour of the dress and make it look not so dull-classy.
That pattern has been my inspiration for the choice of heels (even though they are not panther-like, but more a snake… but still animal style right?). I also thought cream shoes would add some more light and freshness to the whole look, not to mention the fact that nude pumps make your legs look longer!).
I’m wearing a pair from Calvin Klein, and here’s a few other heels suggestions:

Is mustard yellow a colour you’d go for? I admit that yellows are not my favourites, however if it’s broken by some green, then oh YES! Love the greens! Let me know in a comment below. Also please feel free to share and send some love <3 Thank you.
