26/32 – Day 26 – REST DAY

I don’t have much to say about this day apart from the fact that I haven’t slept enough again… and I had to take a nap during the day. I’m feeling tired these days… The weather is very unstable, one day it’s roasting, the next one it rains, or it rains and is roasting on the same day… In Ireland you can have all seasons of the year during one day, not a big deal.

That is why I try to rest as much as I can. My legs were weak after my last workout so I wouldn’t be able to do much anyway. I only went for a longer walk during lunch time, that’s all.

I’m still keeping my healthy diet and drinking loads of water, limiting use of Internet and reading a book often. I’m doing my best with sleep but sometimes you just can’t go according to your own plan and need to be flexible (hence my naps during the day).

Taking it easy and impatiently counting days till holidays.
